Avenir has been associated with ADAPT Solutions for enabling multiplay capabilities for a Bahrain based large telecom service provider Atyaf to drive business and operational process initiatives. For IPTV critical to service launch Atyaf has to take into due consideration largely three process domains, viz C2M (Concept to Market, L2C (Lead to Cash), and T2R (Trouble to repair). A total of 55 business processes were identified as mission critical for Atyaf to Go-Live, encompassing C2M, L2C and T2R areas. The BPM levels 1 and 2/3 were detailed out specific to each BSS/OSS implementation and operational stack. Those processes were governed by a unique set of operational processes which were common across this OSS/BSS stack and would therefore baseline the entire operations. They were inherited from BS-15000 standards and their definition would be mapped to IT Service Support and Service Delivery processes. The SOPs included standard processes around data backup and recovery, inventory management and billing operations. In addition. Avenir was responsible for preparing the Atyaf use cases that formed the UAT – ATP, covering Billing, Rating, Order management Customer care, mediation & Provisioning for triple play.
Avenir has been associated with ADAPT Solutions for preparing one Strategy document on Integrated Building Management system around Smart City Services for Infinity Parks – identifying the key Value-Added services and calculating the profit margin against having only regulatory services
Avenir has been associated with ADAPT solutions for doing a research on Microsoft Azure services and presenting one white paper to Microsoft on market intelligence about organizations in the Public Sector where Azure can be positioned as the platform of choice for deploying enterprise applications. Avenir prepared study materials on “Step by Step approach to be a good Entrepreneur” and “Opportunity of an Entrepreneur for service and IT sector” for ADAPT aimed for pre-final and final year students of Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology
Avenir has also done content management and portal redesign and development of portal for Adapt Solutions which would reflect the firm profile along with work details with optimized server speeds to take care of heavy graphic content and usage of web safe colors
Avenir was engaged by Beas Consulting for managing an eCommerce development project for a Portugal based client SoftReady. SoftReady had their own CMS (Content Management System) for dynamic internet Portals. And they subcontracted the software coding (programming) to Beas for building custom services, whilst maintain the Business Analysis in house. The project involved developing self contained widgets which would be used, customised to build an eCommerce site. The widgets were developed using .NET Framework 4.0,IIS 7,SQL server 2008,RAD Controls for ASP.NET Telerik AJAX, Payment gateways ( PayPal Standard, Google Checkout, World Pay) , credit card payments and bank transfer related APIs. Avenir’s role was in project coordination and project management, tracking the project timeline, milestones, coordinating with client and the delivery team, estimating and negotiating on the timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables and maintaining standard forms and templates.
We were associated with Rice Education, one of the leading competitive examination guide companies of Eastern India, to manage the course content and lead their content digitization initiative. The scope of work included: – Reviewing the existing study materials, mock tests of all the subjects being taught at Rice for all the competitive examinations by engaging external reviewers across the country and ensure quality study materials for the students; managing and coordinating with the course designers, DTP operators and proof readers; publishing the courses / mock tests for online access by teachers and students; coordinating with faculties, operations team and examination team and distribution of class notes during entire Covid-19 lockdown time and formulating a group of teachers of excellence across all boards for designing mock tests for board examinations
