Each course program is designed keeping in mind that every person is different and will be at different stage or level in their industry readiness dimension. This is assessed through our assessment cycles & each student will be is assessed periodically as per various parameters and accordingly personalized goals are set for each student, their course content personalized; they are led through regular reviews and workshops which are audio\/video aided. Each course sub module is supported by assessments that are parameterized and specially designed targeting industry requirements or more precisely following the interview assessment techniques. The assessment framework allows us to provide regular feedback to the students on their progress and re-prioritize their goals. Course delivery and quality <\/h3>

Courses are delivered both in online as well as at Avenir premises mode as per client requirement. Courses are customized and tailor-made according to client’s requirements and needs of the target audience. There are Lecture cum discussions, extensive Practical sessions (both Individual as well as Group). Course delivery is done according to Avenir’s TIRAF framework. Avenir puts lots of stress on assessment and for this we have a brilliant Core Assessment team comprised of experienced assessors. Quality is ensured through our well defined and integrated course structure which is being regularly updated and refined for the benefit of the students, Avenir also maintains a low student: teacher ratio (12:1) per class.
